		<description>It boggles the mind that a state in the throes of budget woes with the ability to tap into a well of taxable material of massive proportion would put such things on hold. 

They continue to prostrate themselves at the feet of the Goracle, sacrificing everyone else&#039;s needs to keep their gods happy. I don&#039;t see this stopping, because they will always have the same excuse any other &quot;church&quot; has used in history while ensuring its needs are met while parishioners suffered...&quot;It was the will of God.&quot;
