I heard about it on the radio yesterday while driving to CT, and believe it or not, 14000 families in New York are getting checks because they are getting their children to attend school, and are feeding them. BELIEVE IT. Once again, we REWARD MEDIOCRITY AND PUNISH SUCCESS HERE IN NEW YORK. Boy am I in a bad mood now...
