Hard Left Socialist Organization ‘Citizen Action’ Comes to Town

Once again the Press & Sun-Bulletin is performing their obedient propaganda role for local leftists. I’ve written before about Citizen Action, a hard-left socialist organization that now controls most of the levers of power in the City of Binghamton, including our do-nothing dits of a mayor Matt Ryan, and the entire Binghamton City Council (which I have renamed the Citizen Action Council).
Here’s a headline and first graf from today’s shill-sheet the P&SB:
City to host Citizen Action conference
BINGHAMTON — A social and political advocacy group that in recent years has become a major player in city politics will hold its annual statewide conference this weekend in Binghamton.
And further in the article, the obligatory misleading description of this organization, taken almost verbatim from their website:
Citizen Action — a nonprofit advocacy group and a powerful political organizer — has an agenda that includes health care and campaign finance reform, living wage requirements, consumer protections and increased investment in public schools and after-school programs, according to its Web site.
Grab your wallets! When Citizen Action comes to town, they want your money to fund their socialist schemes. They’ve figured out how to dup large numbers of people into supporting their candidates and their causes, which means we’re all poorer today than we were a year ago. And the trend will continue as long as people are STUPID enough to vote for candidates who belong to Citizen Action (and the Working Families party, another name for the same group).
Essentially, any local Democrat running for office–including Barbara Fiala who is running for County Excecutive for another four years–is in the hip pocket of this dreadful socialist organization because Citizen Action has an army of volunteers who will “get out the vote” for these politicians.
Wake up Binghamton! Kick this bunch of nut-case socialists out of office at the next election cycle and take back your city.
