I am a snowmobiler and the ridiculously high new registration fees for a snowmobile are being funneled to the same crazy welfare payments. We were told that these high fees were necessary to fund the maintenance of the NYS snowmobile trails. Horse Manure!!! They have stolen money from our fund and placed it in the General Fund to pay for losers and scum that leach off of the overly generous NYS Welfare system. Corruption has become a job requirement for the thieves that run this state.
