I concur with the sentiment. I jumped ship on M&T in early spring and took my business to HSBC- I'm happy so far, and have been enjoying a 6% APY on my online savings account (I believe the current yeild is 4.5, still much, much higher than any other bank I know of). It is my opinion that once a business loses sight of the human value that is so critical to their success, they lose respect, and ultimately are destined to reap what they sow.
