It's another example of 'the best government money can buy' and is just a blatent excuse to buy votes and swing influence. Tax cuts must be implemented before the state submerges, and Spitzer knows it. The fact that he does nothing to alleviate the situation means he's a contributor to the situation, and in my mind, therefore violates his oath of office and should be chucked from the capitol forthwith.
