		<description>Good point. I won&#039;t hold his youth against him, but as you point out, no &quot;real life&quot; experience to speak of. Makes me wonder what a &quot;community relations&quot; person does, and what qualifies someone to do that job? I suspect in the Ryan administration it means advocating and explaining how socialist/leftist policies are a good thing for Binghamton. That is, being a spinmeister.</description>

Block graduated in 2006, so he has all of a year&#039;s worth of &quot;real life&quot; experience.
